The most dissident museum in Cuba

Ariel Maceo

This is the house of my friend, the artist Luis Manuel Otero Alcántara: The museum of dissidence. This was the headquarters of a small group of unruly artists who decided to confront Decree Law 349. A fascist law with which the Cuban regime intended to silence independent art. In this Museum the last spark of independence in Cuba began, and several years later, the dictatorship still has not been able to extinguish it.
