This work has been created to show the tense atmosphere of the Cuban people, evoking the struggles and contradictions associated with the experiences to which 90 percent of the Cuban population is subjected, mired in a long crisis for 65 years.  The artist seeks to show with a critical nuance the disconnection between idealization and reality that these governments show to the world to provoke a deep reflection on the challenges and contradictions inherent to communist systems, exploring how ideals can collide with reality.
